What should I pay attention to when using the kitchen to prevent fire?

1. It is advisable to wear short-sleeved or suitable long-sleeved when cooking to avoid fireworks from burning clothes.

2. When using a frying pan, one cannot leave. When the oil temperature reaches an appropriate height, the dishes and food should be added immediately;

3. When the oil pan catches fire, pay special attention not to pour water into the pan to extinguish the fire. You can directly cover it with a pan lid or a wet rag, or even pour cut vegetables into the pan to extinguish the fire;

4. When frying food, the oil should not be too full, and the oil should be kept safe.

5. When simmering various broths, someone should be supervised. The soup should be too full. When the soup is boiling, lower the furnace temperature or open the lid to prevent the slick oil from spilling out of the pot.

6. When oil refining and frying food, special personnel must be supervised. Do not put too much oil in the pot, and the oil temperature must not be too high. Take care to prevent fires caused by oil spills and spontaneous combustion of oil.

7. When cooking food, do not leave arbitrarily, and turn off the firework before leaving.

8. When using gas, check the gas valve or pipeline for leaks at any time, and notify the property department for repairs if any problems are found. A safe and reliable way to check gas leaks: use a soft brush or brush dipped in soapy water to apply. The place where the soapy water is continuously foaming is the leaking part; it is strictly forbidden to check the leaking part by directly striking a match.

9. When using canned liquefied gas, keep the gas tank and the stove 1.5 meters away. It is not allowed to pile combustible sundries around the gas tank, and it is strictly forbidden to heat the gas tank directly.
