Kitchen fire extinguishing requirements

1. If the kitchen gas equipment catches fire, only the valve of the stove head can be closed, and the main valve of the pipeline must not be closed, otherwise the gas pipeline may explode. The fire must be extinguished first, then the valve must be closed.

2. If the oil pan catches fire, do not water it, otherwise the water will explode in the oil pan, causing the fire to spread and personal burns; fire blankets and foam fire extinguishers should be used.

3. If the electrical equipment catches fire, do not water it, or you will get an electric shock; turn off the power first, and then use CO2 or dry powder fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire.

4. If the smoke exhaust pipe catches fire, turn off the exhaust fan first, and then use a fire extinguisher to spray.

5. If the trash can catches fire, pour water into the trash can to extinguish the fire.
